The owner of this boat purchased it new, and added all of the extras on it that he had been dreaming about. Not launched and used until 2006, equipped with carefully thought out, high end equipment and canvas, all professionally installed. Ready to go. Extremely well professionally well maintained. Full custom made canvas enclosure with windows and screens, dodger, bimini and connector. SSB / Ham radio. Garmin plotter / radar / weather with displays both at the helm and below. Beneteau 373 with the preferred 2 stateroom layout with all these features you don’t usually get: Full canvas, including Dodger, Bimini, Connector, full Stratoglass enclosure panels for cooler weather and screen panels for summer (a fully enclosed screened cockpit enhances cocktail hour and dining while anchoring or at your dock).  The interior is  Douka Mahogony, known for the beauty of it's grain, and is finished in a lustrous multicoat varnish with a cherry stain tint.   With the teak and holly finished cabin sole, and rich navy blue upholstery, the look is elegant and traditional.

Air conditioning with full digital temperature control (as well as a dehumidification setting for when you are away from the boat) with 3 vents throughout the boat for your comfort all of the time. The dehumidification feature keeps the boat, dry and fresh all of the time.

As you descend from the deck .... you find the galley to port. She has an L-shaped full galley starting with a front opening refrigerator to your left near the bulkhead.Salon looking aft  Next you find a propane, gimbaled Beneteau 2 burner stove with locking oven.  Next forward along the outer wall is the top opening freezer.  Behind the counters is lots of storage, and the built-in Origo microwave.  There is a remote safety switch for the propane.  The galley then wraps towards the centerline, with the double S.S. sinks and more counterspace and storage.  The boat is equipped with City Water, or onboard hot and cold pressure water.  Both of the sinks have custom polyethylene cutting boards to fit.  The freezer features the high end SeaFrost 12V system for efficiency.

Across from the galley to starboard is the head.  This is a great head!  Perfectly situated at the base of the companionway, and easy to use as a wet locker if you want.  The head features a toilet, sink, sealed medical cabinet and a generous separate shower stall, with a teak seat, and lots of room, light and ventilation.  Opening ports, and opening hatch and a fixed window in hull make this one of the most comfortable heads that you will ever see.

The master stateroom is to port and to aft of the galley. It features a roomy double berth, a opening hatch, opening ports, a hanging locker and plenty of room to dress in privacy.

Forward of the head along the port side is the forward facing nav station. Starboard side nav stationWell planned and easy to use, with room for everything you need.  The radios, a chartplotter, radar, weather and musical choices are all laid out here.

Forward in the center of the boat is the luxurious salon.   The owner had a custom designed light on forward starboard  bulkhead, and a generous flatscreen TV is on the port side. All overhead opening hatches have custom slides that can function as screens, completely open, or closed for privacy and shade.  The large overhead fixed ports also have built-in shades.

The marvelous 6'7" headroom adds to the open feeling of the interior.

There is a dinette to port, with a fixed table, and a settee to port.  Shelves are behind each settee, and it is a comfortable and functional space. This is a wonderful place to entertain, or just hang out.

The guest stateroom is in the forward section of the boat.  Generous vee berth with two hanging lockers, shelves along both sides, and plenty of storage.  There is lots of room to dress, and a large opening overhead hatch for light and air.
