Gulfstar 43 ketch sailing ........  This is a beautiful boat in the European tradition.  Fully retrofitted in 2002 with new engine, new sails, new tanks, new interior cushions .. and many, many other items.   Gorgeous woodwork and new upholstery make the warm rich interior a joy.  All woodwork is with teak or African rosewood.  All S.S. parts are made from 316 S.S.

Start from forward, there is a generous vee berth, with private access to the forward head.   The door between the headClick here for larger layout ..... and the rest of the vessel can be closed, making this entire area private for your guests.

As you move aft the two heads are side by side along the port side of the boat.  Both heads have electric toilets, showers and hanging lockers built in.

Across the passageway are more large hanging lockers, plus a large storage locker big enough for sails and so much of your extra gear.

Next aft and to port is the master stateroom.   This stateroom features a double berth mounted along the port side of the vessel, with a small vanity nightstand and plenty of room for dressing in private.

Along the starboard side of the passageway are two single bunks, that are perfect sea berths for your longer passages.

Next aft is the spacious salon and galley.   The headroom in this part of the boat is amazing.   And the light from the large Plexiglas ports in the raised deckhouse design, make this a very light and bright boat.

The L-shaped galley itself is along the port side of the boat.  It features a new Attwood 3 burner gimbaled propane stove with oven.  The spacious countertops are surfaced with Corian.  There is a large deep double stainless steel sink.   She has new GE refrigeration and tons of storage for all of your cruising needs.  This includes a custom wine rack built into the bilge area.  All dishes and pots and pans are included with the boat.

On the starboard side of the salon is the very large nav station.  Room for all the charts you could ever need to examine and all the electronic you could desire.

The dinette itself is unique.  It is located under the cockpit area and wraps it self around the whole stern of the boat.  It is huge and could easily seat 8 or more for dinner.  The table itself actually used the engine compartment as a base.   With ports wrapping completely around the stern and rear quarters of the boat, it is a very functional and elegant design.
