1975 Ranger 28 for Sale

Newer 1995 Yanmar Diesel engine, all newer interior cushions including the upgraded foam. Newer sails. Very clean, nicely cared for, and motivated. A sweet boat. Rangers are well know for sailing and build quality. This has several upgrades to the hull for reinforcement and even more strength.

The interior cushions are all newer, completely redone in a high quality dense foam insert for comfort.  And a durable, easy to care for fabric in a rich dark green color.

Starting forward forward is a comfortable vee berth.  The entrance is generous and there are shelves on both side for your books, glasses, etc.  Underneath are a couple of large storage areas for longer term "stuff".

Next aft is the head, with the PortaPotty to port and the vanity to starboard.  There is a sliding privacy door between the head and the salon.

The salon has single settees to both port and starboard. The length of the port settee is extended by room to tuck your feet under the galley counter.  The table folds up against the forward bulkhead when not in use.  The drop leaf table can be used with either one or both leaves extended.

The interior is bright and open, and finished in what is often called a Hershoff style, with the white laminate, highlighted with beautifully finished wood accents.  This compliments nicely with updated upholstery.

Storage is behind each of the settee cushions, with a shelf behind each settee. To starboard, there is a quarterberth tucked aft for guests or storage. The galley wraps around the companionway.  There is single S.S. sink with manual water, an icebox and a cooktop with 2 propane burners.  There are several storage areas for your galley needs.
