2005 Roberts 45K custom ketch

Roberts 44 waiting for you at the dock ......

This is a custom built boat by the owner. Unlike so many, it is beautifully done and to professional standards. This is the ketch rigged, center cockpit version of the Roberts designed 45K. Built of hand laid fiberglass, and ready to sail anywhere, anytime. This is a center cockpit design, with an incredible master stateroom aft with a centerline island berth. The aft stateroom also has a workroom built into the perimeter, for work or repairs underway.

As you move forward, the engine compartment is in the center of the boat below the cockpit, and off to the starboard side is a comfortable see berth for great sleeping underway, or for extra guests. The boat has great access to the engine compartment and easy access to all filters and pumps.

As you more forward into the salon, the nav station is immediately to your right, and the galley is wrapped around the companionway to port. Under the salon floor are the built-in fuel and water tanks. Next forward is the salon, with a U-shaped settee to port and a settee to starboard. Throughout the entire boat, you will find an amazing amount of storage, since the tankage is under the floor, all of the space under the berths is available for storage.

Still moving forward, the head with shower is forward of the salon and to port. And of course, the vee berth is next. The building built a really neat shelf that can be installed over the forward section of the berth, giving your guests a great place to store their belongings.
