1984 Catalina 30 Tall Rig
This boat is sold - please
call or email for more listings
One of the most popular boats ever made. This boat has all the desirable options, a tall rig, the big diesel and wheel steering. This engineer owner has really maintained this boat and has added lots of extras. The Catalina 30 has more room than almost any 30 footer available. They make a great family boat and cruiser.
The interior is beautiful with new dark blue cushions with extra thick foam throughout the boat. There is a roomy vee berth forward with a filler cushion. The head is next aft to port with a hanging locker and storage across to starboard. The main salon has the L-shaped dinette to port with a table that folds up against the bulkhead when not in use. The dinette also easily converts to a huge double berth. Across to starboard is a settee with storage under and above. The standup nav station is next aft to starboard with a huge quarterberth behind.
The U-shaped galley is to port at the foot of the companionway. There is hot and cold pressure water, deep double stainless steel sinks, a gimbaled propane stove with oven and a large icebox. There is lots of storage and plenty of counter space.
There are 3 opening hatches and several opening ports all with screens. There is a custom opening screened cover for the companionway.
