The bright and airy forward stateroom features a queen size island berth with private access to the head.  The custom fitted cushion covers and matching shams are in excellent condition.  There is a nice shelf all around the edge of the berth for all those little things that make you comfortable including your glasses, books, etc.    This stateroom has its own reverse cycle A/C with private controls for maximum comfort.

The berth has 2 large drawers and two storage cabinets built in under the berth for easily accessible storage and more storage further forward under the berth for long term storage. To starboard of the berth is a handy settee for dressing with a hanging lockers on each side of the stateroom. There is a large overhead hatch, overhead lights and reading lights for a bright, very useable space.

Next aft to starboard is a wonderful head with an electric head and a separage glass shower stall with sump.  There is private access from the forward stateroom and access from the salon for your guests.  This is a great spacious and comfortable head.

On the port side is the galley with a large Norcold refrigerator with top freezer, Princess microwave, 3 burner Princess electric stove and oven.

The salon is next and features matching port and starboard settees (all new upholstery in 2003) each with their own table.   The side is lined with ports (with mini blinds and curtains) to make this a bright and airy space.  There are storage cabinets built in above and behind the settee and more storage under the cushions.  A great place to entertain with a FM/AM stereo component stereo with a VHS player and speakers throughout the salon.  There are reading lights mounted in all the convenient places and more subtle "mood lighting" for quieter evenings on board.

At the helm she has a Raytheon RL9 Radar, Impulse 2830 Loran and fishfinder, Magellan 2000 handheld GPS and a Uniden MC 690. Maxxima Marine MM300 componet stereo with speakers in the salon.  Snap down carpet protectors.

Deck and Hull
The bridge has a full bimini top with full enclosure. It has roll up windows all the way around.  A very well fitted sleek and elegant top in good condition. There is the trademark walkthrough from the front of the bridge to allowing easy access to the foredeck for anchoring and docking. It is no longer necessary to edge along on a narrow side deck.

The bridge seating is generous and comfortable with side benches on both sides and more guest seating beside the Captains chair.

The cockpit features a  large secure bench seat across the stern with storage underneath. The cockpit sole lifts for easy access to the engine and mechanicals.  Storage cabinets on either side of the cockpit give more secure storage.

On the foredeck is a automatic electric windlass with approx. 200 feet of rode.  It is totally controlled by a switch on the helm allowing you to either raise or lower the anchor from the helm.  She also has a 8" remote controlled searchlight.  Fender racks are built into the swim platform.  Give secure storage without blocking your view from the helm.

The swim platform stepped and wide and offers easy access to both the cockpit and the dock.

Included are all of the fenders, lines, U.S.C.G. safety package .... everything you need to go now.

Automatic battery charger,  4 battery system with parallel switch, automatic bilge pumps.   50' shore power cable.  12 volt DC and 110 volt AC ship systems, automatic battery charger, automatic Halon system, CO2 monitor, engine sync guage.

Engine and Mechanical
Twin 454 Mercruisers with 350 hp each.  Only  640 fresh water hours on each..Stuffing boxes were redone in 2003 with teflon packing. 2 reverse cycle heat and air conditioning unit with separate controls for each.  Hot and cold water, dockside water, 2 shore power cords,
