2011 Catalina 445
Gracious and elegant, a most user friendly interior. With up to 3 staterooms and 2 heads, your options are wide.
Starting forward, you find the owner's cabin. The location gives this stateroom maximum privacy and the best ventilation. It features a centerline queen sized berth with an innerspring mattress, and easy access from both sides of the berth. There are also settees located conveniently on each side. The stateroom has its own head with private access. There is an electric head and a separate shower stall with sump. The opening ports and overhead hatches all have shades for those mornings when you want to sleep in.
Next aft is the salon. Featuring a generous dinette to port, and two individual seats to starboard with a small table between them. Both seating areas are designed to allow the tables to be lowered and filled with cushions to sleep those last minute guests. The beautiful woodwork on the dinette table allows it to fold inward for less formal entertaining.
All of the tankage and batteries are built in below the cabin sole, giving so much easily accessible and usable space for all of your storage needs.
On the port side at the aft end of the salon is the nav station. The nav station table has a unique design, with a built in compartment in the lift-up lid for your laptop or tablet. There are even outlets built-in to run the cords inside the table. This is also the electrical hub of the boat, with all of the panels, breakers and gauges for your tankage.
Moving aft on port, next is the guest head. Another electric head, with shower and sump, this features access from the salon and private access from the guest stateroom.
In the port aft section of the hull is the second stateroom. It features a double pullman style berth, slightly offset and angled for easier and maximum headroom. Again you find a very comfortable innerspring mattress. There is private access from the stateroom, to the guest head.
Aft of the salon on the port side is the spacious galley. With a wrap-around L shaped design, she has storage on both sides for all of your cruising needs. There is a roomy under counter refrigerator with freezer, and a top opening compartment that is currently used for dry storage, but could also be used as an icebox for extended cruising. Lots of counter space, 3 burner gimbaled propane stove with oven, a range hood and a built-in microwave. Deep SS sinks with hot and cold pressure water. A great working space, with lots of storage.
This design incorporates an innovative cabin on the port side. This cabin is a flexible space that can easily be converted to whatever your cruising style dictates at the time-sleeping quarters, storage, or a work room with a bench. It currently has a full double berth, with a bunk that can be folded up or down depending on your needs.

The hull 445's hull form is optimized to provide the gentle, predictable motion underway, which is so appreciated in other Catalina models.
The deck is strikingly handsome with a low profile cabin structure, twin helm stations and a roomy cockpit with tall, secure comfortable coamings and a cockpit table that seats 4-6. The deck is finished with a traditional diamond-patterned non-skid.
