1968 Chris Craft Cherokee 32
This boat is been in the same family for more than 20 years, and in the Great Lakes it's entire life. It has been loved. But the time has come for it to have a new home.
Chris Craft only made sailboats for a short time, but they were well known and respected for their build quality.
Starting forward, the V-Berth comfortably sleeps 2 adults. There are portholes and and a large overhead opening hatch for ventilation. Two storage drawers are located under the berth and it features shelving on both sides of the hull.
The head is next aft to port. It is comfortable, light and airy. There is a hanging wet locker, mirrow, sink with storage and a Wilcox head with holding tank.
Across from the head, is a hanging locker with a beautifully finished mahagony door, hanging rood and hangers.
The salon is next aft, all finished with bright mahogany. The dinette table has a folding leaf, and the whole table folds up against the forward bulkhead. To port there is a single settee berth that works with the dinette, and above and outboard of that, there is a single pilot berth that makes a wonderful sea berth. 3 storage cabinets are located under the sea berth.
On the forward bulk head, there is mounted: Seth Thomas Ship Clock, Barometer, Tide Gauge, Hygrometer and Thermometer
To starboard, the single settee is backed by 3 deep storage compartments with latching covers. The lower settee slides out (about 6 - 8") to make it a comfortable single berth.
The galley is in the aft starboard corner of the salon. The microwave is built-in and there is a S.S. sink with a manual water pump, but the water tank is not there at this point. Icebox for food and drink. Lots of storage with storage lockers with sliding doors behind counter and icebox.
Aft and to port, is a quarterberth, that makes a great sea berth. Secure in all sea condidtions, and accessible to the cockpit.
