1991 Hunter 37.5 Legend

A great sailing boat with everything ready to sail happily for years to come.

This boat has everything that you could wish for, and things that on other boats, you would want to upgrade.  She has a newer reverse cycle heat and air system with digital controls, a new dodger and bimini, newer color radar, chartplotter and new sails.

As you enter the salon of the boat .... it is welcoming and so well designed.  There is a small "landing" halfway down, on top of the engine box.  There are lots of hatches and opening ports throughout, giving the entire interior a light and bright feeling   You come down the companionway into the salon.   The galley is to your left and the head is to your right.   Both very accessible from the cockpit.

To the immediate left, is the galley.   Very convenient, and easy to work.  The L-shaped galley has a Corian countertop,easy to clean and use.  At the aft end of the galley is an entrance to the aft stateroom.  Then starting  forward is the stove.  It is a Seaward 3 burner gimballed stove with oven.  The galley continues up the port side and then wraps as the "L" turns out towards the midships.  There are 2 deep S.S. sinks with hot and cold pressure water, and a refrigerator / freeze with  2 opening lids.

Across to starboard is the head. The head has two entrances, with a private entrance from the aft stateroom, and another entrance from the salon.  There is separate area for the shower, and a separate shower sump. 

Moving forward along the starboard side, next is the aft facing navigation station with storage.  This is an electronic hub for the boat with the newer VHF radio, stereo and the digital controls for the air conditioning system.  The electrical panel for the whole boat is also located here.

The spacious salon stretches across the width of the boat.  To port is the U-shaped dinette with a table that can be lowered to form another double berth when desired.  The table has a removeable leaf for extra dining space, and there is a custom protective cover for the table. Across to starboard is another single settee.  

Next forward is the forward stateroom.  The bulkhead has a opening "window" plus the door, both of which give more light and ventilation to the vee berth.
