1998  Hunter Passage 450

  This has to be one of the cleanest, best equipped Hunter 450 CC Passages to ever hit the market. Generator, reverse cycle heat and air conditioning, radar and chartplotter, full Offshore cockpit enclosure with screens and windows, roller furling main and genoa.

A great cruising layout with two private staterooms, two full heads, a wonderful galley and a huge amount of well organized and accessible storage.

The master stateroom is aft with a large centerline island queen bed. As you enter you are struck by the traditional elegance and comfort. There are built in night stands on both sides of the head of the berth. Great places for lights, clock and all your personal items. Both sides of the cabin are lined with storage including a large cedar lined hanging locker, with a full out desk / dressing table to starboard, large cedar lined hanging lockers, plus large shelves and dresser drawers. The aft cabin has 6' 5" of headroom, great ventilation with 6 opening hatches and ports. All ports and hatches have screens.

There is a private head in the master stateroom with separate shower and shower sump. It has Corian countertops, vanity with sink and mirror, and plenty of storage. Each head has its own 24 gallon holding tank.

As you move forward to starboard, the passageway leads forward to the salon. Along the outboard side of the passageway there is first a large cedar lined hanging locker. Next forward is the nav station with more storage, and room for any additional electronics that you might want to install. The seat for the nav station is contoured teak for secure and comfortable seating in any kind of seaway.

On the inside of this passage, is the electrical control center for the boat and access to the engine compartment.

The wrap around galley is in the port aft area of the salon. It features Corian countertops, a huge icebox with refrigeration with freezer along the rear bulkhead. The refrigerator has both top and front opening access, and the separate freezer has top access. Both are lighted to make finding what you need so easy ! As the galley wraps forward, there are double S.S.sinks with a cutting board and a gimbaled 3 burner Force 10 CNG stove with oven with a custom cutting board. There is lots of storage in the built-in cabinets behind the counter along the whole length of the galley, and a built in wastebasket. Next forward is your working countertop, with more storage for your larger items under the Corian countertops.

A microwave is mounted above the countertop.

The engine compartment forms the base of the companionway. It is easily accessible from all 4 sides. This arrangement makes routine maintenance and inspection a breeze. There is plenty of additional room in the engine compartment for additional accessories.

The gracious main salon features a spacious and comfortable beautiful upgraded cream leather wrap around settee along the forward starboard area of the salon, with a matching leather settee to port. Custom window treatments and pillows add to the beauty. A generous beautiful high gloss finished dining table, with an additional centerline bench for more seating, allows you to entertain or just hang out with all the space you need. There is a sealed teak and holly cabin sole, which along with the rich interior woodwork, gives the the cabin an open yet traditional feeling. There are numerous opening hatches, several large opening ports (all with screens) for lots of light and ventilation. The main salon has 6' 6" headroom.

The forward stateroom is a good sized double pullman berth to starboard. This cabin has a large cedar lined hanging locker, large shelves and dresser drawers, and a built in book rack.

The second head is forward of the guest stateroom. It also has Corian countertops, a vanity with sink, a shower with sump, it's own holding tank and macerator.

A well designed, and beautifully outfitted interior to take your friends and family anywhere in comfort. And (almost) everything goes with the boat. Just move onboard. Dishes, silverware, all the beautiful decorator items, the pots and pans, the rugs and pillows..... everything, it is truly ready to go.
