Accommodations Details
The broad beam design and tri-cabin layout provide spaciousness.
Forward cabin has 6’6” double Pullman bed with lots of stowage underneath. There is a dressing seat, cedar lined hanging locker, and a cedar lined bureau. There are cedar shelves on top the locker and bureau and around the bed. Three stainless steel opening ports with screens and a large overhead hatch, solar deck vent, varnished teak and holly sole.
The head is to starboard with separate access doors to salon and forward cabin. Full fiberglass draining shower pan, curtained shower area with teak seat, manual head and holding tank, large vanity with stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water with shower, teak framed unbreakable mirror, Formica counter space with teak trim, storage cabinets, and storage shelves, stainless steel opening port with screen, overhead hatch, teak toothbrush holder, and toilet paper holder.
The main salon with a pull-out double settee berth to starboard, single settee berth to port, teak cabinets and bookshelves outboard of both settees. There are large stowage areas behind and under each settee. Cedar lined hanging locker with shelf on top. The drop leaf table folds against the teak bulkhead rack (with bottle stowage) for unobstructed 4’ wide teak and holly sole. Large overhead hatch, five opening ports with screens, deck vents and overhead handrails. Table also unfolds to double in size. Two support legs are included for the overhang.
The U-shaped galley to starboard with Formica counter, deep double stainless steel sinks with hand pump, hot and cold pressure water with 6 gallon Raritan, 110v AC/engine heated hot water heater (2018), an insulated ice box with movable shelf that has been converted to Adler Barbour 12v DC refrigeration; pot and pan storage under stove; storage cabinets above and below the counter; teak dish rack and cutlery drawers, a gimbaled, Hillerange two-burner propane stove with oven, Samsung microwave, and a hide-away trash bin. Dust pan built into floor.
The aft facing navigation station with table at aft end of port settee, nav light, generous nav/electronics cabinet with master AC/DC electrical panel plus room for owner installed equipment. Switch and meter for the DC to AC sine wave inverter.
The aft stateroom with privacy door to main cabin. Large athwartship double berth with teak shelf outboard, integral overhead reading lights, stowage lockers under. Cedar lined hanging locker with shelf over, bureau with shelf over, two opening ports plus overhead hatch, varnished teak and holly sole.

Cockpit
A cockpit that is designed for sailing. It also works for lounging ...... with full length contoured seats on each side. There is a secure and well positioned helm with cushion and back rest. There are stern seats on each corner, and all of the electronics are conveniently mounted on view. Custom fitted cushions for all of the seats. A great full transom for safety and easy boarding from a dock or dinghy, and a full length swim ladder for fun and safety. Strong padeyes mounted everywhere you need one for attachment of your safety harness.
The console mounted steering features Island Packet's trademark premium rack and pinion geared design, providing a combination of reliability, strength, and sensitivity unmatched by any other wheel steering installation. A steering wheel brake and single lever engine control are also provided on the console with room for owner - dealer installed instruments, and the engine panel is equipped with full analog gauges for all readouts. 1998 Total inspection and bringing into required specs prior to delivery as per specified by Island Packet. Included engine/transmission/drive shaft realignment, torqueing bolts, replace fluids & filters. Teak refinished, bottom paint with barrier coat. Install new auto pilot, wind & speed instruments, radar, GPS, refrigerator/freezer, extra halyards, stereo/hi-fi, AC/RC heat, extra shore power 15 amp line (30 amp), Bimini & hatch covers, anchor, chain pol, bimini, anchor, chain & poly rode, clock & barometer matching set.
1999 – 2006 Each off-season: Winter storage under heavy tarp, mast up, Hammond Harbor. Halyards were pulled inside mast to protect from sun & weather, bottom was cleaned, oil was changed, engine & fresh water systems were winterized. Sails removed & stored. Spring, hull lightly sanded and VC17 applied, hull, doghouse, cockpit hand waxed, teak was either completely refreshed or spotted with Sikkens.
2007 – 2019 Annual work done at West Shore Marine, Racine WI. Includes the following:
