2005 MacGregor 26M w/ trailer

  One owner boat, fresh water (short season ....) only.  Bought new at the boat show and usually stored inside for the winter.    A must see for anyone wanting a versatile trailerable boat. Bought new at the Strictly Sail show in Chicago, with every option offered.

The 26M is a huge improvement over the long time favorite 26.

Inside is surprising, with 6' standing headroom.  Starting forward, you find a vee berth, with an opening overhead hatch and storage underneath.

Next aft, the head is to starboard. There is a porta-pottie with a thru deck pumpout. A new West Marine head was installed in 2013.

Moving aft, the salon is next.  It features a dinette to starboard, and a settee to port.  The case for the centerboard forms a non-obtrusive wall between the dinette area and the head.  There is a cushion to allow you to convert the dinette into a single berth.  The current owner has mounted a small refrigerator under the table. 

The galley itself is built on a "floating" island that slides for and aft on rails mounted under the port settee.  Moving it forward, gives full access to the galley, and opens up the access to the aft berth.

In the aft part of the interior, and under the cockpit, is a huge king-sized berth.  With the galley pod moved forward, and with the option of removing the steps to the companionway, the access to the aft berth is unrestricted.
