This beautiful fresh water boat has the traditional interior with beautiful woodwork and a teak and holly sole for a luxurious feel. The current owners take VERY good care of her. She is clean and waxed and ready to go. She has the very desirable wing keel with only 3' 11" of draft. Interior headroom is a generous 6' 5".
Pearson has always made a very well built boat with great sailing qualities and this boat continues the famous line.
Starting forward, there is a spacious vee berth with a filler cushion and a bi-fold door for privacy. There is a built-in storage with drawers to port and shelves on both port and starboard. There is additional storage under the berth.
Next aft and to starboard is the head. She has a manual marine head with holding tank, a shower with a sump, mirrored storage locker behind the vanity and more storage under the molded vanity. There is an opening port in the head for light and fresh air ventilation.
We then come to the salon. She has a L-shaped dining area to starboard and a settee to port. There is a beautiful double drop leaf table on the centerline and the dinette converts to a double berth for extra guests. There is a hanging locker forward with louvered doors. She has additional storage and shelves behind and above both settees. There are lots of opening ports and opening hatches for plenty of light and ventilation. All cushions professionally cleaned and Scotchgaurded in 2002 and are in excellent condition.
The U-shaped galley is aft of the salon and to port. There is hot and cold pressure water, gimbaled propane stove with oven and a deep S.S. sink. To starboard across the companionway, there is a large icebox (4.5 cu. foot) that doubles as a nav station on its large top surface. There is plenty of well organized space for storage. There is a large dry storage area under the rear counter surface and a pass through that allows you to keep the garbage container in the cockpit locker for ease of storage and removal. The Nav table has a large convenient work surface with a Nav light with red filter for night vision.
The nicely varnished teak and holly cabin sole
throughout adds a traditional accent to the bright and light interior.
The aft quarterberth has a large queen size berth that easily sleeps two,
and lots of additional storage.
Snap on companionway screen provides easy entry without any little visitors .....
All interior lighting offers red filters to preserve
night vision
