The interior is spacious, with plenty of room for cruising with your family and friends. The woodwork of selected Burmese teak throughout the boat is beautiful and in very good condition. She has a teak and holly cabin sole. There is built-in storage everywhere! And there is lots of light and ventilation with lots of opening hatches and ports.
There is a large stateroom forward with a spacious vee berth, large hanging locker and plenty of storage to make a longer cruise comfortable.
Next aft is the salon with a white leather settee to port and a U-shaped dinette (also white leather) to starboard (which converts to a double berth for guests). There is a huge beautiful centerline drop-leaf table for entertaining. There are individual ventilated storage cabinets behind the port settee, with shelves for additional storage behind the dinette. There are numerous overhead hatches with built-in screens with teak frames. At the front port corner of the salon, is a built-in cabinet with a large hanging locker, table top surface and additional storage underneath.
The sit down forward facing nav station with chart storage is next aft to port, placing it conveniently at the base of the companionway.
Across from the nav station is the galley. She has a deep oversize S.S. sink on the centerline with hot and cold pressure water and a manual fresh water and sea water sytems. There is a Dickenson Mariner 3 burner stove with a Newmar gas solenoid, gimballed with oven, propane safety shut off, built-in storage for 2 propane bottles for extended cruising. great counter space, plenty of storage for all of your galley equipment. She has a huge top loading icebox with refrigeration.
The roomy head is next aft to port, with a private entrance from the aft cabin and guest access from the salon. There is a shower with a separate sump and filter.
The walk-through to the aft cabin is to starboard
aft of the galley. The aft cabin is designed with two large singles
(or small doubles), one on each side of the cabin. This is an aft
cabin designed to be comfortable in any sea condition. There is plenty
of head room, plus great light and ventilation. There is a large
hanging locker just inside the door, with numerous draws, shelves, etc.
Room for everything you need, designed for easy access.

Electronics
Navigation station is nicely laid out with radar, an Icom VHF radio,
Brooks and Gatehouse instrumentation with wind speed, wind angle, speed
and depth.
Deck and Hull
One piece Hand laid-up FRP hull with Scheel keel
and rudder with full skeg. Teak cockpit seats and teak on cockpit
sole. All seacocks are bonded to a sacrificial anode. Nillson
700H horizontal windlass. The primary winches are Lewmar 55A S/T,
the secondaries are 46A S/T. There is one 46A S/T for the main sheet,
two for the halyards and two more 40A S/T for cabintop use. There
is one Lewmar 430A S/T on the mast for reefing. Teak on fiberglass
deck. Extra long swim ladder, port and starboard boarding gates,
bow and stern pulpits, double lifelines. Max-prop.
Sails and Rigging
Double spreader aluminum rig, stepped on the
keel. Track on the mast for the spinnaker pole and internal halyard
system. Harken roller furlling, S.S. standing rigging, S.S. wire inner
forestay, intermediate running backstays, quick release with Hyfield
lever for both the babystay and the inner forestay, spinnaker pole with
fittings, and whisker pole with fittings. Inboard genoa tracks for
great upwind sailing and a slotted toerail from maximum versatility.
Engine and Mechanical
Inboard Perkins 4-108 51HP, FWC, oil pressure and high temp alarms,
125 gallons of water in S.S. tanks with manifold for tank control,
approx. 80 gallons of fuel in S.S. tank, 12V ships system and 110V shore
power with cable, 12V DC dome lights, flourescent lights, reading lights
and adjustable chart table light. 12 V outlets throughout the boat.
Automatic lights in hanging lockers, drink and crockery locker and ice
box. .
