This classic Raymond Hunt designed vessel in excellent condition. It has only had two fasditious owners and has been in fresh water its entire life. There are only 355 hours on the engine. This is a must see for someone looking for an well equipped yacht.
Starting in the bow is the chain locker which is accessible from the forward stateroom. The forward guest stateroom is a spacious vee berth with a seat in the center of the vee. The forward head spans the boat aft of the vee berth. The toilet and sink are to starboard and the separate shower area with seat is to port. This means that when the door between the head and salon is closed, the entire forward area becomes a "guest suite".
Next aft is the main salon with beautiful mahogany cabinetry, teak and holly floor and new upholstery. To starboard is a U-shaped settee which easily converts into a double berth. Across to port is a settee. Aft of the dinette at the base of the companionway is the aft facing nav station. The galley is across to starboard.
The U-shaped galley has Sea Frost refrigeration with freezer, Hillerange 3-burner gimbaled stove with oven, hot and cold pressure water, a foot pump for a manual water system, another foot pump drains the ice box and deep double S.S. sinks. The hot water heater operates with the shore power as well as the engine heat exchanger.
The owner's cabin is aft of the galley and spans the width of the vessel. There is a large double berth to starboard and a private head with shower to port. There is a large hanging locker aft between the head and the berth.
