This boat has a rare and wonderful interior layout with a huge aft cabin with a centerline "king" size bed, two heads and a walk-through galley all in a performance oriented aft cockpit design. She has C & C's famous combination of performance, classic good looks and great workmanship. She has the traditional mahogany bulkheads with a teak and holly sole. This is her third owner. Her original owner was the publisher of a renowned national sailing Magazine. She is a fresh water boat, having spent her entire life here on the Great Lakes.
The forward stateroom is a vee berth with huge hanging locker, private entrance to the forward head and lots of storage. Next aft to starboard is the guest head with shower. This has an entrance from the forward stateroom and from the forward "hallway". Across from the head is a large hanging locker and storage. Next aft is the salon with settees on both port and starboard and an additional pilot berth behind the settee.. The dining table is a centerline drop-leaf style. Next aft to port is the forward facing sit down nav station with all the electrical controls and electronics at hand. All interior cushions were redone in 1997.in a rich blue fabric.
Across to starboard is the wonderful galley. The walk-through L-shaped

Deck and Hull
She has a bow pulpit, stern pulpit, double lifelines with both port
and starboard gates, dodger, Coast Guard safety package, swim ladder, fenders,
docking lines, lifejackets, life ring, navigation lights, spreader
lights, hull is finished in 1996 with a beautiful deep red Awlgrip, new
white deck finish, freshly painted mast and
VC 17 on the bottom. There are 2 manual and 1 electric bilge
pump, 100 gallons of water, 50 gallons of fuel in an aluminum tank,
two separate 20 gallon holding tanks (one for each head), 3 battery system
in two separate banks, 110 volt shore power with cable and 12 V ship's
power. The traveler is one the bridge deck at the forward end of
the cockpit. She has an oversize 48" destroyer type wheel.
