This is a Catalina looking for. This Frank Butler design was built until 1991 with good reason. It has Catalina's famous flair for the use of the interior space, wrapped in a performance hull. This is one of Catalina's best designs. Roomy and solid and fast. This one owner, fresh water only Catalina is in great condition. The current owners have alway kept her in great condition and have constantly upgraded her. Roller furling, wheel steering , a diesel engine and lots of other upgrades.
The forward stateroom is a room vee berth. The head (with shower) is next aft to port with a huge hanging locker across to starboard. The salon features a huge U-shaped settee to port with a dining table that converts easily into another double berth. There is a settee along the starboard side with the nav station at the aft corner of the salon. There is a double quarterberth in the starboard aft quarter.
The U-shaped galley is aft to port with double S.S. centerline sinks, gimbaled 3-burner propane stove with oven and a huge icebox. There is lots of storage throughout the boat. She has hot and cold pressure water.
