Preliminary listing
This is a great little that has been very well taken care of.
Down below she has a large V berth forward with an enclosed head next aft to starboard. There is a large overhead hatch for ventilation and light. She has custom carpeting throughout, new cushions and backs (’98), comfortable port and starboard settees, and a large quarter berth. The folding dinette table (that stores in the head) provides room for dining, a kerosene lamp with soot catcher provides atmosphere, and a 115V lamp provides dockside light. Other additions include: a ship’s clock, 12V fan, clothes closet, lots of storage lockers, and a two burner propane stove.
Water to the stainless steel sink is delivered via a foot pump in the galley.

For Chicago Harbor use, a pick-up wand and buoy mooring lines are included. Also included are 2 mast supports for carrying the unstepped mast, spare handrails, and winter hatch and companionway covers. With only two previous owners, this boat has always been on fresh water, never salt.
Sails and Rigging
Sloop rigged with single spreader aluminum rig stepped on deck. Sail
inventory includes: one 155 genoa on the roller furling with Sunbrella
cover (marks for 110 and storm jib are sewn on the sail), one 155 genoa
with hanks in sail bag, one 110 genoa with hanks in sail bag, one storm
jib with hanks in a sail bag, 2 mains, one matching Sunbrella sail cover,

Engine and Mechanical
Power is delivered by a 15 HP OMC Saildrive,
propulsion by a folding prop for smooth & fast sailing, the bilge has
automatic and push button options, as well as a bilge pump counter.
