ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:  Sleeps 6 owners and guests in 3 staterooms, plus 2 dinette berths

 Centercockpit has a factory installed hardtop with a curved windshield forward with aft
 and side curtains (with screens), cockpit cushions, windshield wiper; the aft cockpit has seating for 6 with a  folding centerline table; Danforth, 60# CQR anchors, Ideal electric windlass (rope drum and chain gypsy)  with foot switches forward (power up and down); spreader and fore deck lights; teak toe rail and strike rails.  COLORS: White hull and deck, navy blue boottop, blue bottom paint; beige deck nonskid; navy blue  canvas.

Equipped for cruising, ketch rigged with a Hood Stoway main sail (electric) and mizzen (manual) furling;

Engine and Mechanical
Twin 72 hp Yanmar Diesel, Cruiseair marine air conditioning (4 75 gal holding tank  units), (2) automatic bilge pumps, manual bilge pump, bronze sea valves and bronze thru hull fittings, inspection plates on all tanks, Village Marine 600 gal./day watermaker, Vetus 24 volt bowthruster, Max Prop feathering propeller, hydraulic steering, 380 gallons of fuel, 260 gallons of water. Owner reports fuel consumption of under 2 gallons per hour at 7 knots. (2) bilge blowers (12 volt and 110 volt)
