boat has been completely redone by the current owner in the last two years.
With all the motivation and excitement of a new owner and sailor, they
have gone over the entire boat an made her like new.
This is not quite your normal interior. Irwin has always had an eye for making the most of the always limited space on a sailboat. When you look at all the interior space, you will not believe that this is only a 34 foot boat. And everything you see has been redone within the last 2 years. All new cushions with new foam in a beautiful navy water-resistant fabric with Scotchgard. New nav station top and dining table top. New butcher block working area for the top of the stove. All new Bomar hatches in 1996. All new Lewmar portlight windows installed in 1996 and 1997. All new custom shades on all ports and windows. All new brass interior lights installed in 1995 and brass covers on the 110V outlets. Custom screens every port, hatch and the companionway. Even the completely new head plumbing in 1995.
Starting at the bow there is a generous vee berth. Coming aft the head is to port with a large hanging locker and more storage to starboard. Next aft to port is an "open U-shaped" dinette an easily moveable table on a pedestal which allows you to either open up the salon area or use the dinette as an additional double berth. Across from the dinette is a settee. The galley is next aft to starboard with a centerline sink, gimbaled propane stove with oven, generous icebox and lots of storage. To port is an angled spacious nav station at the head of the quarterberth. Even though this sounds pretty conventional, the angled bulkheads and unconventional use of space make this a dramatically different interior. With 6'6" head room and all the opening ports and hatches, this is an open, airy, very useable interior.

Yanmar 15 hp 2QM15, total professional engine rebuild in 1995 by Crowley's Yacht Yard, 30 gallon fuel tank, new house battery 1996, all new cables in 1997, new combiner 1997, new engine starting battery new is 1996, 2 new electric bilge pumps (one auto, one manual), 30 amp battery charger, shore power with cables, 12V and 110V systems, new secondary fuel pump and all new fuel lines, engine alarm and emergency stop, pressure water system. There is a complete setup for a hot water heater, but there is not one currently installed..
