This a wonderful galley down arrangement with a full size dinette across
from the galley. The salon features
Jefferson's wonderful hand finished teak interior with a teak parquet floor.
There is a queen size hide-a-bed to starboard and room for two occasional
chairs to port with a table between them. The salon is spacious enough
for two additional chair and a large coffee table for entertaining.
The entertainment center is forward to port with a 19" color TV with remote
and stereo ten speakers. There are three sets of salon speakers,
one set are Bose speakers. The salon stereo also feeds one pair of
speakers in the cockpit and one on the flybridge. The lower helm
is in the forward starboard corner of the salon.
Galley is uniquely laid out to provide and environment equal to many
home kitchens. The galley includes an electric oven with broiler,
and electric three burner range, double basin sink, full size 1500 watt
microwave and an 18 cu ft Gibson refrigerator/ freezer with icemaker. There
is sea water washdown in galley, tons of counter space and easy access
to the salon and the dinette.
The roomy head with shower has two entrance doors allowing private entrance from the master stateroom and guest access from the salon. The master stateroom is forward with a huge vee berth style bed. The woodwork throughout the boat is hand finished teak.

Deck and Hull
Awlgrip decks, flybridge and cockpit in 1993. All new S.S. opening
ports in 1993, all new exterior cushions in 1993, Bow pulpit with
S.S. rails, nav lights, stainless steel anchor with 10' of chain and 250'
of 5/8" rode, cockpit shower with hot and cold water, port and starboard
dockside water attachments, port and starboard TV and phone attachments,
windshield wipers, dual station 8" remote spot light, bridge cushions,
transom door, swim platform and swim ladder. There is a storage compartment
under the cockpit floor for the outboard motor and it's fuel tank.
Dinghy davit (new in 1994) and 500# elec. winch for dinghy, West
Marine 6-man dinghy, emergency tiller for hand steering in case of hydraulic
failure.
Engine / Mechanical
IB Twin 410shp Caterpillar 3208TA with 750 original hours, Airsep air
filters new in 1993, FWC, two 55 amp 12V alternators, custom oil changing
system, fuel filters, water separators, Glendinning engine synchronizer
with dual station controls, 3 separate Racor fuel filter/water separators
for main engines and generator, Tank Tender ten-tank fuel and water monitor
system, 590 gallons of fuel in four separate S.S. tanks, 200 gallons of
water in two S.S. tanks, ten gallon hot water heater with heat exchanger.
USCG app CO2 detection system, USCG bilge fume/fire/high water detector
with alarm, raw water wash down with filters and bleed valves, engine room
fresh water wash down, Fireboy automatic halon system. The engine
room has excellent sound and heat insulation and an aluminum engine room
floor.
Electrical
Westerbeke 8.0 kw diesel FWC generator with sound shield and 35 amp
alternator, Heart Freedom 2.0 kw inverter with three stage 100 amp at 12
volt battery charger, Professional Mariner three bank 50amp battery
charger, five batteries in three banks with Perko switches. There
are two marine starting batteries for the main engines, two 1600 amp hours
gel cell batteries for ship's service and a marine deep cycle batter for
starting the generator. There are parallel switches for all banks
to all engines and generator. Two Professional Mariner 150 amp isolators
are installed (these allow one alternator to charge two batteries independently).
Guest SVS 4 battery monitoring system at the helm for the engine and ship's
batteries and a Professional Mariner battery monitoring system for the
generator batteries.. Port and starboard shore power inlets plugs and cords,
automatic battery charger, Glenndinning shore power cable system with 100'
of 220/50 amp cable. In 1994 all (4) 12V DC panels were removed and
upgrade to current USCG approved circuit breakers
The two wicker tables in the salon are excluded from the sale.
A lot of thought, caring, time and money has gone into making this yacht
the passagemaker it is today. This is a must see vessel.
