An incredible boat. A Robert Perry designed world cruising ketch. A true dream boat. Now available on the Great Lakes.
This is the owner's stateroom model. She has three private staterooms, plus crew quarters. There are three heads with showers and an additional head with shower for the crew. The interior is finished with beautiful varnished mahogany with a teak and holly sole. The craftsmanship is first class throughout the vessel.
The huge owner's stateroom is aft with a queen size island bed, dual settees on both port and starboard, a dressing table, tons of storage, large private head with separate shower stall, 6 oversize opening ports, a large overhead hatch and two dorades for an incredible amount of light and ventilation. There is a huge hanging locker and lots of well organized storage for personal items on an extended cruise. Moving forward up the private passageway toward the main salon, to starboard just before the salon is the well equipped navigation station.
Up two step into the main salon. There is a large U-shaped dinette/ seating area to port and two occasional chairs built in to port. There is ventilated storage throughout with mahogany grids on the storage space door. The ingenious dining table unfolds both for and aft and extends athwartship with leave to give the owner a bevy of options for entertaining. There is a wet bar complete with icemaker. She has 7 foot headroom in an airy salon with 9 fixed ports giving an almost *pilothouse* feel to the salon.

She has a 4 burner gimbaled propane stove with oven. There is also a washer and dryer to make cruising a breeze.
